Russ for Model Number RBD245PDQ14 I just replaced the control board (dead, no display) and now am getting the E1 F5 error. Checked latch motor - 2500 ohms, both latch and door switches and connections OK. Removed latch motor and it won't turn manually (in order to activate latch). All connections secure to sister board and control board. Could the latch motor be seized? Small plastic bushing at bottom of motor looks worn/damaged. Thanks
Answer Hello Russ, It is possible for the motor to be seized, but if all connections are good the most likely issue will be the sister board. If this does not correct the issue, the problem will be the main board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, January 19, 2016
