Brian for Model Number 11026132410 I need to replace my lid lock/switch and I'm following the video to open up the top of the washer removing the hinge screws and cover in the back of the unit. then sliding the top forward 1/2 inch, raising 1/4 inch an pushing backwards and lifting up but it just wont release. what am I doing wrong?
Answer Brian, it is possible that when the lid is pushed back it has not fully come away from the tracks beforehand, causing it to seat back into place.
