Julie for Model Number WP2180259 and WP2180268 I have spent quite some time attempting to remove the panel so I can get to the parts I need to replace. I've watched your videos (a lot!) and one side of the panel will not release. In fact, I've not cracked it at the bottom. In the video with Matt, it seems to loosen easily - mine will not budge. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
