Mike for Model Number DU810swkq0 Went to close the door and the latch feels floppy, stays in the up position. When I press the actuater the unit cycles on. It's like a latch or spring in the handle broke. Do I just need to replace the handle? I have taken it out but I can't tell what about the latch doesn't work anymore. Thank you.
Answer Hello Mike. Make sure the latch lever WP3369457 is not broke or if it is the bolt WP3380854 that is broke. You will need to disassemble the inner door to check this.
