Jimmy for Model Number WTW7800XW2 The lid hinge in back right corner is cracked. This allow the glass to bow upward. Do I need the hold lid and tell me what I need to do? Thanks
Answer Jimmy, For the issue that you are having you would need to replace the lid assembly. In order to replace the lid, you would open the lid and on either side there are 2 screws.
