Sharon, It's an easy repair, but you'll need to go by the local hardware store or home improvement center and purchase 3 to 6 nylon or plastic washers/spacers. You'll need to remove the shelf, drawer, and lid from the assembly. Remove the three screws that secure the WP12656105 drawer support track to the wall of the refrigerator. Slide one washer over each of the screws(on the inside of the assembly), and reinstall the track support( the washer should be between the refrigerator wall and the track support) This will move the support closer to the hinge and the post and get a tighter fit, and the lid will fit tighter to the actuator. You only need to service the one side.
