Anthonyt for Model Number KEMC378KSS0 The light in the microwave of my KEMC378KSS0 doesn't light up when the microwave door is opened, but it does light up when cooking is going on in the microwave. Is it the light that needs to be replaced? or is it something else going on here? Thanks
Answer Anthony, It's something else going on. It's not the bulb or the light transformer. You'll need to check the primary door switch circuit, check all the door switch circuits and wiring between the switches and the control board.
