Paul for Model Number KUDs301VBL4 How can I tell if the lower wash arm assembly #W10320510 threads are stripped? I have tried to re-install the part but it will not engage the thread. The thread inside of the part does not completely the hole. It seems to be missing about 3/8 ths of an inch. I can not tell if this is the way it is made or if it has been stripped out. How should it look?
Answer Paul, Make sure that when you are trying to screw the spray arm down that you are turning the cap counter clockwise or if you are trying to turn the spray arm itself and holding the cap they you would turn the spray arm clockwise to thread on.
