Carol S for Model Number Wmh1163xvq-1 5 yr old Whirlpool microwave is not heating & I've reset the power at the control electrical box, & also checked the electrical plug above the microwave. I checked to be sure the "control lock" is off. Is there anything else I can check before calling for a repair tech?
