Hello Josh. Disconnect the power. You will need to remove the unit from the casing and access the motor. Once you have accessed the motor, you will need to release the clips securing the motor and remove the blades on both ends of the motor from the motor shaft. Once removed, unplug the wires and install the new motor WP1188487 in reverse order.
