Donald for Model Number KSRS25IKBL03 I was wondering if you can help me with this refrigerator's condenser fan? The wall between this side by side fridge gets very hot. So hot that the door of the fridge is hot. Temperature of both fridge and freezer is good but it appears to be running non stop. I have done some research and it means the condenser fan is the problem. This is what I have found out, how would I test or does this just need to be replaced?
Answer Hello Donald. You will need to check and see if the fan motor W10822259 is running on the unit. If not, and there is power coming to it, you will need to replace the fan motor. Also, make sure the coils under the unit are clean as well on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
