John for Model Number KSRS27IKSS02 How do you remove the dispenser housing to gain access to the dispenser motor 2198594 (KITCHENAID)? It seems as if the housing is glued to the door insulation.
Answer Hello John. Look under the ice bucket inside the freezer, at the bottom of the dispenser form in the door liner. You will see a cover held on with screws.
