Answer Hello Linda. Unhook the water line at the bottom of the freezer door. Then press the button and see if you have water there. If so, the water line in the freezer door is frozen and will need to be thawed out. If there is no water there, you may have a bad water valve W10408179. Hope this helps. Read More...
