Brooks for Model Number WDF320PADS1 When I turn on the dishwasher, it fills to the float and releases the soap pod. Then it clicks and hums a few times before giving up. When I press cancel, it drains the water just fine. Is this the sump motor?
Answer Brooks, You will want to open the sump assembly and see if there is anything in there that would be jamming the impeller from turning. If this checks ok then also check to make sure that the sump motor is getting power. If it is then this will be a bad motor and need replaced. Read More...
