David I have a stainless steel Kitchen aid dishwasher the drain pump has quit working. The motor is working, can I access pump from inside unit or do I need to remove motor and pump from bottom?
Answer Hello David, You can access the drain from inside but to replace the pump you would need to pull out of unit. There are 3 clips that hold the pump and motor assembly in place underneath unit.
