Kurt for Model Number GU2400XTPQ0 My dishwasher fills up with water then tries to turn pump on and it just hums. I took everything apart to get to chopper blade and impeller and found some rusted screws/ broken glass and a rusted paper clip. No idea how screws/paper clip got in there? Everything looked clean. Removed chopper blade and screen. Blade wobbled around inside of screen like screen was worn or whatever supports the chopping blade was worn. Not sure how freely impeller should turn but it was very hard to turn. Could something be jammed in impeller? If so, how do I get to it? Do I have to uninstall dishwasher and remove the motor to get to it? Is the Motor Band? would it just be easier to purchase a whole new motor assembly so I get everything new?
