Dominick for Model Number KUDM01TJBT0 How do you remove the impeller from motor assembly AP443401? I understand it is threaded onto the motor shaft. Do you turn the impeller in a clockwise direction to remove it and how do you stabilize the shaft when removing the impeller? Thanks, your Q&A blog is the best.
Answer Hi Dominick. Our picture does not show us the back side of the motor assembly. The end bell should have air openings to the rear end of the motor. You will be able to stop the fan blade from turning by sticking something in to stop it as you will then unscrew the impeller as you need. It should be a counterclockwise method of removal.
