Bill for Model Number KUDK031TBT2 Water goes into machine but seems to never go to the top arms. When finished any water on the bottom drains. Is it the circulation motor
Answer Bill, It is probably not the circulation motor. It's most likely a lack of water in the tub. Start the dishwasher in a regular cycle, allow the dishwasher to fill and wash for a few minutes(3 to 5 minutes), unlatch the door, remove the lower rack and check the water level and temperature in the bottom of the tub. The water level in the center of the tub should be 3/4 to 1 inch deep or approx. 1/4 inch below the bottom of the heater element. The water temperature needs to be 120 dgrs.F. on the first fill of the cycle. As in most cases, if the water level is not correct, you'll most likely need to replace the water inlet valve WPW10158389. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, July 20, 2016
