Bill for Model Number WDF775SAYM0 I have a leak that I have narrowed down to the diverter motor p/n W10537869 (AP5650272). The leak is significant, coming from the plastic housing, and is a rapid series of drips but less than a steady stream when the dishwasher starts the wash cycle. Reading the Q&As it sounds like the seal p/n WPW10195677 (AP6016787) is the problem. The part page refers to the part as a grommet. Is it a seal or a grommet? I am assuming the seal rides on a shaft. Is the shaft also available and is it necessary to replace it along with the seal? And one last question, are these parts applicable to model WDF775SAYM0? Thanks.
Answer Bill, This is called a grommet but is a seal and the only way to get the shaft would be to get the diverter motor. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, May 6, 2016
