Answer Missy, is the diverter plate installed properly ? Can you hear the wash motor running ? Remove the filter basket and the screen in the bottom of the tub, check for any obstructions or debris in the wash pump housing. Start the dishwasher, allow it to fill and wash for a minute or two, unlatch the door, remove the lower rack and measure the depth of the water in the tub. It should measure 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch deep. If the water level is too low, there's not enough water/pressure to properly rotate the spray arms. Read More...
