Glenn N for Model Number wdt710pahw1 Here is the scenario - after starting the dishwasher on the normal cycle, it filled and started to wash. I then held down the cancel button until the display indicated DRAIN. Then nothing, no water was being pumped out, no sound coming for the dishwasher. Checked both filters and found them a little dirty, but not dirty enough to stop water getting into the sump. Could it be the pump, or the diverter, or both, or something else? THANKS!
Answer Glenn, If the unit will not drain then you will want to test to see if there is 120 Vac getting to the drain pump. If there is, make sure that there are no clogs in the drain system and if not then replace the drain pump. If there is not then the issue will be with the main control board or wiring. Read More...
