Rvb for Model Number KSSO42QTX02 Ice not dispensing. Ice chute door opening ok. Coupling at bottom of ice bucket appeared partially stripped. Replaced. Auger turns when ice bucket is empty. Auger does not turn when bucket filled with ice.
Answer RVB, You will want to check the shaft to make sure that it is in proportionately. If you have it too low or too high it will cause jumping as it is trying to turn the ice to dispense.
