Sammy for Model Number KSSC42QTS00 When I lost power to refrigerator the ice dispenser stop working, while water and ice flapper door works good when press for ice you hear small click from top of fridge (where the compressor) like relay. But the motor is not turning reading 20 VDC pin 1,2 ( red ,brown ) no voltage between Blue, Gray. Replaced the dispenser motor was no help. The motor connector was corroded had to replaced few pin and connections all good. Last month the freezer display when blank but ice and water light and filter was working. This fridge only 3 years old seem like when l lose power some thing goes wrong. help will be appreciate.
