Don H for Model Number 11029812 When the washer finishes the wash cycle and starts to spin the agitator continues to agitate and as the tub begins to spin, it makes a very loud banging sound. I can hold the agitator,but it is hard to hold. It will spin if I hold the agitator. What can be the problem? I cleaned up the brake and clutch assembly and they are free of any oil .
