Tom for Model Number LSQ9659LWO This unit stopped spinning, I replaced the clutch assy, did not help it, it acted like it was locked up, so I took the neutral drive transmission apart and check the gears in it. everything looked ok, but I moved the connecting rack, and don't know if I have got everything lined up right. I put it back together and it still would not spin, but with some help tipping it back we noticed the direct drive coupler was bad, so ordered a new one put it on . when I turned it on and it started to spin so I shut it down and when I tried it again it just hums. like it is locked up again. does it have to be hooked up to water supply to work properly.
Answer Hello Tom. No, but the humming could have been the valve trying to bring in water. If not, Here is a link to our Repair Forum, this is a free service to our customers.
