Butch for Model Number kuic15nlxs I am not getting water flow from my water inlet valve , I replaced valve and still no water flow , I disconnected in coming line and have good flow , solenoid checks good , what do I need to check
Answer Butch, You will want to check the water line between the water valve and the reservoir to make sure that the fill tube is not frozen. If this checks ok then you will want to test to make sure that the water valve is getting 120 vac to it. If there is power to the valve but no water flowing in then you may have received a defective valve. If there is no power then the issue will be with the control board.
