Steve for Model Number WTW6800WW1 I replaced the bearings (relied on your very helpful video) and now it gives the F51 and F70 codes. I took the rotor and stator off again, cleaned all around and put the rps back on. Same thing. Before doing the bearings, I did not get F51, so I figure I caused the problem. Any ideas? Thanks.
Answer Steve, you will want to check to make sure the basket turns freely. If it doesn't turn freely, the bearings may not be properly aligned and can cause the unit to act in this way. The F51 error is for the rps sensor, but the basket hanging up can cause this error. The F70 is an overload error and can be influenced by the basket not rotating freely. Read More...
