Vaughn for Model Number WTW7800XWO When I press the start button to do my wash I always notice that some water will fill into the drum and it will start to rotate at a very slow speed to sense the load. but all it does is hum real loud but doesnt rotate. how can I tell if its the rotor position sensor, or the stator or the bottom rotor itself. it doesnt leave a error code. please help
Answer Hello Vaughn, first try to rotate the inner tub manually, it should rotate easily, if not check if the rotor has come loose or did a cloth get under the basket and prevents rotation. This model has several fault codes for almost every component, it also came with a technical test sheet located in the control panel area. Read More...
