Lynn I can hold my push to start button in and it runs but the moment I let it go, the unit turns off. Do I need a new push to start button?
Answer Lynn, This would not be an issue with the start button but would be a problem with the motor. The start winding is letting the unit run but when it switches over to the run winding, this is when the switch is released, it will stop running because the run winding is faulty.
