Sheryl I have a gas Maytag and when I program it for say 350 degrees it never reaches that temp. It will raise very slowly from 100 to 105 then maybe 15 minutes later it will reach 110 -115 and then I finally turn it off. Is this the sign that it is the oven temp sensor. Please advise. I am doing this repair myself so any information that you can give a woman would be appreciated. Thanks, Sheryl
Answer Sheryl, To properly assist you we will need your model number to help you with this. You can test the oven sensor for 1090 ohms at room temp to make sure that it is good but also check your elements.
