Isaac for Model Number mgr5765qdq 1 When I put the oven to 350°, it jumps to 100° & it's not getting warm.
Answer Hello Isaac, If the ignitor is glowing we will need to know how much current it is drawing. If it does not draw from 3.2 to 3.6 amps of current, it will never open the gas valve. You should use your test meter at the gas valve by removing the yellow wire and putting the test meter in series with the circuit from the yellow wire and the terminal it was disconnected from. With the meter set to the highest AC amperage setting, it should get up to at least 3.2 or the ignitor will need to be replaced. If it does get up there, the gas valve will be the most likely issue.
