Helen My Kenmore dryer is probably about 12 yrs old. It worked fine, but recently I had just set the timer and turned it on. It ran about five minutes then just shut off. Resetting the timer to any position and hitting the start button does nothing. The timer worked perfect at any position prior to this. Now nothing.....
Answer Hello Helen. You will want to test the door switch and the thermal fuse in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
