Leonard D. for Model Number MDBH955AWB I replaced the handle and the dishwasher worked better than it ever did. Then the other day it ran well went through all of cycles. Unloaded dishes then restocked. No power. Then six hours later I just touched the panel to see if it would start and it did. It went through all of cycles got to the end unloaded dishwasher and it was dead again. Could it be the door handle assembly? Could I have gotten a bad one?
Answer Hello Leonard, This is possible but doubtful considering the symptoms. I would remove the kickpanel and open the power connection box and make sure there are no melted wire nuts in there. This is the most common cause of the complaint you described. If this is not it, open the door assembly and check all of your connections to the board. Read More...
