Bud for Model Number MDBH979AWW2 My unit works fine once I get it started. I used to be able to push the START button several times and finally get it to start. Now I cannot get it to start at all. Is there a way to find out if it is the front panel or the circuit board? Thanks
Answer Hello Bud, While this can be either part, it is much more probable that the control panel has failed. You should first check the electrical connection the control panel where the ribbon cable connects by unplugging and re-connecting it. If this does not correct the issue, replace the control panel. If it does take care of the issue, you need to make sure there are no air leaks around the vent area causing condensation to build up in the control area. Read More...
