Answer Ruben, That depends on the model number, most Whirlpool "Gas" Dryers have one(1) thermal fuse, located on the burner cone beside or near the hi limit thermostat. The "Electric" Dryers have two(2)thermal fuses one is located on the blower housing, and controls the voltage to the motor, if it opens, the dryer won't start and run. Then there is a thermal cut out / fuse located on the heater element housing, which controls power to the element, if it opens, the dryer will run, but won't heat. Read More...
