Melanie for Model Number 11042924200 My washer will not spin. I have checked and cleaned and ruled out the drain pump and confirmed the door switch is working. Now I am trying to determine if I need to replace the drive pulley or the motor. How can I tell if the drive pulley is bad? Thanks!
Answer Hello Melanie, You need to pull the tech sheet and run a few tests. I would first try the diagnostics to pull any stored fault codes. If no codes, run the motor continuity test and test for voltage to the motor.
