Serena for Model Number Wtw5000dw0 My whirlpool top load washer with a low profile agitator won't spin, everything seemed to be doing and working fine but right after it drained I heard a loud grinding noise and then nothing and it wont run the spin cycle. I looked at the drive pulley and it looks fine as well as the belt. What is wrong?
Answer Serena, You will want to get the tech sheet from inside the unit and put the unit into a service diagnostic mode. Once in the diagnostic mode you will want to check to see if there are any error codes. The error code will tell what is going on with the unit.
