Av for Model Number Diswasher W10363081A DrainPump W10724439 Dishwasher is not draining. I removed the drain pump W10724439. It shows 41 ohms between its terminals. Is that the problem? The drain hose with flap is full of water and the flap is holding it - I think it is supposed to be that way. What else should I test before buying a pump? Thanks in advance. If the model number could be provided in a new question, this will allow for the most accurate information to be presented.
Answer AV, You will want to test to make sure that there is 120 Vac getting to the drain pump when the unit is in the drain cycle. If there is 120 Vac and not pumping and no clogs then the drain pump will be the issue. If there is not 120 Vac then the control board will be faulty. Read More...
