Rex for Model Number Kenmore 665-13899K801 Sometimes doesn't drain but cancel/drain does work. Hose is clear. It's not washing very well, Won't even wash off coffee grounds stuck to the door. Sometimes the cycle lights flash from normal cycle to fast rinse and other lights as well after the cycle is complete. Once, we ran it in the evening and did not open it. In the morning, it started to run all by itself. Go figure. Circuit board? Wash pump? Drain pump? thanks
Answer Rex, All the complaints sound like a control board. That's the part telling the drain when to drain and determines wash times. If you manually hit the cancel drain and it will drain the water out then that part of the system is fine and its the control not doing its job.WPW10285180 Read More...
