Kirk for Model Number du850swps3 Everything works fine, however, water does not drain in drain cycle. When it gets to drain cycle, motor stops breifly and reverses direction. Does this mean timer is working properly and that I would need a new motor and pump assembly?
Answer Hello Kirk. If there is power coming to the pump & motor assembly and it does not run, you will need to replace the pump & motor assembly WPW10247394. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
