Danny, If there is no water pumping through the system, check to make sure that there is power to the wash motor. If there is then the wash motor will be the most likely cause for the failure.

Everett, You will want to get into the pump assembly and check to make sure that there is nothing that is clogged in the unit. Also check the drain hoses to make sure that they are not clogged. This could also be a bad impeller on the motor.

Arturo, This issue would most likely be caused by either a clogged drain line, or something clogged in the pump. If that checks ok and the impeller is not broken then you would need a new pump assembly.

Hello Phillip, The drain pump is not sold as a separate unit. You would have to purchase the pump and motor assembly WPW10247394. You can test to see if the motor is getting power at the point of drain cycle. If it is getting power but not turning then you would replace pump and motor. If there is no power then you would replace the control.

Hello Phillip, This can be the fault of the timer or the pump motor windings. You need to pull the tech sheet and test the motor windings. If they test good, you should check for voltage to the motor during the drain cycle.If there is no voltage, the harness or the timer has failed. The motor circulates the water when it spins in one direction and drains when it spins the other.
