Shawn for Model Number LCE4332PQ1 Water will not drain, machine has power and will run through cycle, however when it comes time for it to drain nothing happens.
Answer Shawn, You will want to test the pump to see if there is power getting to the pump. If there is no power getting to the pump then the issue will be a bad control board or wiring. If there is power to the pump then make sure that there is not clog or restriction of the drain. If this checks ok then the issue would be a faulty pump in which you will need part number W10536869.
