1 Answer Shawn, You will want to test the pump to see if there is power getting to the pump. If there is no power getting to the pump then the issue will be a bad control board or wiring. 1 Answer Hello Andy. If there is power to the drain pump, and it does not drain, and the hose is not clogged, you will need to replace the pump on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
