Michael F. for Model Number SVD48600B The down draft motor does not work. I just bought a new one with fan (the fan on the old one would not come loose) and it too does not work. Is there a way I can verify that the relay board (PN 12001694) is passing voltage to the motor when I press the fan button? Is there a fuse on the relay board that may be blown? If I replace the relay board I want to be certain that it is indeed bad. I already had to replace the front panel at a substantial cost.
Answer Hello Michael, If voltage is getting to the fan relay board but not getting out of the board, the problem will be in the fan relay board 12001694.
