Brian, the switch will need to be tested for 240VAC. The terminals P1 to P2 should measure 240VAC when tested together as this is the incoming voltage. With the switch turned on, 240VAC should be measured at terminals 2 to 4. If there is not 240VAC leaving the switch, but there is entering, then the switch WP74011489 has failed and would need to be replaced. If the switch has 240VAC leaving it, then the element can be tested for 240VAC entering it. If there is 240VAC, then the element has failed. If there is not 240VAC, then the most likely issue would be a broken wire.
