Glenn for Model Number jes9860baw Three of the four burners do not work any more on our electric stove top. If you swap any of the non-working burners with the one that does work, they will also work. Is this the "switch, infinite part #ap4100533" or is it a relay for the burners, such as "part # ap3854539?"
Answer Hello Glenn. No, it is not likely the relay. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the infinite switch WP74011489 is the issue. If power is coming to the switches, but not out to the elements, you will need to replace the switches. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
