William for Model Number PAVT920AWW Thank you for responding to my first question. I have one more question for you. When I replace my Snubber Ring ( 21002026). It was said in the video to use Three (3) slightly longer 10-24 machine threaded screws. Exactly what size is that and do you sale them as well? Again, thank you.
Answer Hello William, These screws are the exact same diameter and thread as the ones holding the brake stator on with, (part with the sticker warning of th4e 200 lb. spring). Using the longer ones enables you to pull tension down on the spring safely without the special tool that has been discontinued. Since they are too long and not assigned to a model number, we do not have them. These will have to be obtained locally. They MUST be exactly th4e same size and thread so the threads will not be damaged and the original screws can do a proper job holding the 200 lb. spring safely in position. Read More...
