Answer

Hello Heather, You will want to check to make sure that the pump is not clogged or damaged. When you pull the belt of the pump it should spin freely. If not spinning freely then pull the pump and make sure that nothing has gotten into the pump clogging it. If not then the bearings on pump are bad. Also you want to make sure that the thrust bearing is fully engaging the brake and lifting it properly with no drag.
