Terry01 for Model Number KitchenAid KUDD01S (Stainless built-in single drawer dishwasher) Hi, I just bought my house, the previous owners moved out about 4 months before we moved in. My wife noticed a couple weeks ago that it appeared to be leaking water, and then out of nowhere it stopped draining, the water was up to the overflow valve. I suspected a clog at the garbage disposal, but that was clear. I took off the sprayer arm and impeller and noticed a small disk, that should fit on the bottom side of the impeller, the hole was very worn and it falls off. It looks like this disk pushes water to the drain, is that right? It has fins on the bottom side of it. With power off, I took the hose off of the undersink hanger and disconnected it from the disposal, it drained slowly (probably over about 20min). Will this impeller rotor fit my unit? Is this the part I need? Thanks. - Terry
Answer Terry01, If the impeller is worn then this will most likely correct the issue with your unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, November 25, 2016
