Anne for Model Number KSB565SMO Every time I make a liquid drink in my blender as soon as I take it off the base it leaks all over. Is this the seal problem? It's been doing it since I got it for Christmas this year as a gift.
Answer Anne, Replace the seal WPW10686132 and make sure the flat part of the seal is down and against the base of the collar assembly.
